We have purchased several sterilizers and currently have another unit on order. This is a company that honors their word and stands behind their products.
East Coast also services all of our sterilizers and warming cabinets.
They obtained the contract after failed attempts of another company and the OEM Rep to repair a down unit. After several weeks of failed attempts, I called Don Smith and his partners. Don sent a man in the next day and he repaired the unit in two hours. I was so impressed I cancelled the other company's contract and awarded the contract to East Coast. This was several years ago. I have not regretted the decision and have found the company great to deal with. I would recommend that you give them a chance to impress you also."

They have made three on-site pre-inspections and also fixed two of our existing autoclaves while they were visiting our new facility. We also have changed over our Preventative Maintenance contract to Auxo
